APL 8-Ball "End of Session" Vegas Qualifier Tournament

The APL held their 8-Ball "End of Session" Vegas Qualifier Tournament at Tacony Billiard Club on November 13-14-15, 2009.  We had 40 teams in the tournament.  Wow! What a great tournament from start to finish. When it was all over Balls Deep out of the Full Moon Saloon in Philadelphia beat out Limit XX1 from Philadelphia, in one of the most exciting matches I have had the pleasure to watch,  for the victory and 1st place.  The 8-Brawlers out of Francescas in Norristown beat out Cues In Action out of  Chiquita Loco in Norristown for 3rd place.  The payout was $9,000.00 and trophies going to the first 4 place teams.

Champions - Balls Deep- Philadelphia - Captain Kevin Keller, other team members include: Danny Doherty, Chris Haun, Mark Keller, Robert Passio, Dennis Elmer, John Augustine, and Bob McGonigle.  Also pictured is Hugh Gallagher their manager and entertainment coordinator.

2nd Place - Limit XX1 - Philadelphia -Captain Carmelo Gonzalez other members include: Sam Barreto, Angel Arroyo, Amando Delgado, Carlos Negron, Juan Lopez, Alexis Agosto, and Chris Small.  Also pictured is Emy Gonzales their manager and business developer

3rd - 8 Brawlers - Norristown - Captain Tony Kanote, other members include: Beverly McArdle, Nicole McArdle, Renee Corbin, Patrick Deleo, Steven Corbin, James "General" Luciano, and Tony Capaldo

4th Place - Cues In Action - Norristown - Captain Joe Watson, other members include: James Gore, Steve Limbeck, Ed Easley, Bob Phanders, Richard Cassell, Jim Arcuri, and Abdel Chams-Eddine

Champions - Balls Deep 1st Place $4,500.00, trophies and team entry fee paid into any BCAPL National Tournament at the Riviera Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas in May 2010.	2nd Place - Limit XX1 $2,000.00 cash prize and trophies	3rd Place - 8 Brawlers $1,500.00 cash prize and trophies	4th Place - Cues In Action $1,000.00 cash prize and trophies
